Overall
MegaCon this year was packed. I definitely felt claustrophobic during some of the time that I was there because there was just so much going on and so many hordes of people that it was insane. They had a full line up of actors to meet that had everyone excited, but the convention staff themselves seemed really disorganized and kind of a mess. Going for the photo op lines you would be told to go to one place then after waiting 20 minutes you find out you’re in the wrong line when a different staff member pulls you out and takes you to a different line, only for another 20 minutes later you get told by a THIRD staff member that you’re in the wrong line again. It was pretty frustrating at times for sure.
There was, of course, plenty to see and do, and at any convention you can expect to have some trouble with something or another, so it could have been worse.
Cosplay Corner
This year the cosplays at MegaCon were phenomenal! I’ve never seen so many amazing works. I would include every single picture I took if because I was so impressed, but then we’d be here all day.

Something Major Art
Something Major Art had some amazing designs that they came up with themselves and items around so many different fandoms. Their
Geek Therapeutics
Geek Therapeutics had fun games and items with an important goal behind them, trying to help people as best they can. So many books, games, and dice that went to a great cause, and what could be better than that?
Misty Mountain Gaming
Misty Mountain Gaming is probably the most expensive of the list in general today but had top quality items that back up the price. From real bone items, hand made leather bags, to dozens of different dice and deals
Pepermint Blondi
Okay so obviously Pepermint Blonde is not something everyone is going to have an interest in, but I will shamelessly say I think they cover an important niche needed. Plus! They’ve started making their own comic on Patreon!
Smoking Glue Guns
Smoking Glue Guns were friendly, fun, and talented. They had a lot of creative homemade dice with something perfect for everyone! Some of their coolest were dice with a bunch of other dice inside them, and a die with a little chick in it where the die was held in a 3D printed egg
Black Lab Soapery
Black Lab Soapery is absolutely adorable!!! Cute and nerdy bath bombs, soaps, stickers, and scrubs Oh my! Everything you could need to have a nerdy pamper day with your friends.
Gnome Depot
Gnome Depot had some of the only Trigun stuff I saw, as well as wonderful shoe wings and patches, and all around was just filled with great art
Rubbr
I personally have an obsession with rubber ducks, so I’m biased on this one, but this stuff by Rubbr was just so cute! I love the different designs he thought of with them
Art of Bianca
And last but definitely not least is Art of Bianca. I bought almost a dozen different prints from her. They were so fun and colorful and silly! I could honestly have all of the art in my house be hers and I would be happy
